Wow. I listened to the entire sermon. I have the attention span of a housefly and am not a Christian, having been abused, shamed and devastated in the religion I grew up in for realizing I was transgender at an early age, in the 1980’s.
Encountering Christians was a brutal experience. At times it still can be.
I felt what I always imagined Christ’s love to be like when I listened to this brave and insightful message.
I hope your courage and your enlightenment continue to help heal hearts, spirits and minds. What a beautiful world it would be if we all strived to embody being Christ-like in our daily actions.
